Anti-Slavery Australia invites you to join us for the launch of a new report about survivor-informed responses to modern slavery in Australia.

The event will feature a keynote address by Dr Minh Dang – Director of Survivor Alliance, Rights Lab Research Fellow and Lead in Survivor Wellbeing and Scholarship at the University of Nottingham – titled:

‘Survivor Inclusion – From Tick Box Exercise to Sector Transformation’

 

We will also welcome an expert panel who will share their reflections and expertise, including:

Lina Garcia Daza
Lead for Trafficking, Forced Marriage and Forced Labour, Australian Red Cross.

Moe Turaga
Survivor Advocate, Modern Slavery.

Claudia Cummins
Program Manager, The Salvation Army’s Trafficking and Slavery Safe House Programs.

Professor Jennifer Burn
Director of Anti-Slavery Australia, University of Technology Sydney.
